Terms and Conditions

1) A valid credit card on file is required for all orders. Payment is due upon the completion of work and issuance of an invoice. This card will be charged 7 days upon completion of your order if payment has not been received unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties. In the event payment is made with a credit or debit card a 3% convenience fee will be included;

2) A 30% deposit for all orders estimated to total or exceed $100 USD is required;

3) We will retain data on our server or third party cloud service for a maximum of 14 days from the date of completion to allow you time to review your digital copies. We use third party service providers to store and share your data with you as a back-up for 14 days without charge. We will or our third party service providers will erase copies after the 14th day unless you make arrangements to continue to use our cloud or our third party cloud storage service;

4) Your materials will be returned upon payment for services. You are responsible to pick up your material or to otherwise arrange for their return to you via DiJiFi’s delivery service or a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any material left with us after 14 days post completion of our work. All materials not picked up or arranged for return after 14 days will be charged a $30 per month storage fee. We are not responsible for any of the content we receive in any way. It is your responsibility to insure the value of your material;

5) We are not responsible for any loss or maintenance of data if you send us a hard drive.
